Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a motivated and results-driven Data and AI Product Manager to help build and scale the next generation of enterprise data, analytics, and AI-powered products. This role focuses on defining product vision, democratizing access to data, accelerating algorithmically powered processes, and fostering data-driven decision-making across complex business domains. The Product Manager will partner closely with business leaders and technical teams to deliver trusted, governed, and auditable enterprise search products that improve colleague productivity and operational consistency globally.

About the role

This role owns the Enterprise Search product portfolio, aligning with the broader Enterprise Data Agents platform while driving a distinct roadmap for user journeys, data sources, relevance, answer quality, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. You will work within a global data and AI community, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, UX Designers, Governance partners, and executives to deliver highly trusted products used globally.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision, roadmap, and direction for Hyatt’s Data and AI Products aligned with business priorities
  • Lead product discovery, planning, scoping, and prioritization to deliver high-impact outcomes for corporate and on-property colleagues
  • Develop a deep understanding of colleague personas, search behaviors, information needs, and end-to-end user journeys through research and feedback
  • Gather requirements, determine feature priorities, write product specs, refine feedback, manage backlog, and ship products quickly
  • Define and prioritize the data-source onboarding roadmap based on user value, source readiness, governance, and expected impact
  • Ensure data quality, monitoring, alerts, and recourse are built into roadmap plans and engineering requirements
  • Ensure new product and AI requirements comply with Hyatt policies, security, privacy standards, role-based access controls, and responsible AI principles
  • Define and ensure products meet business SLAs
  • Understand current methods of building and delivering data and AI pipelines and define future improvements
  • Represent the team with partners and senior leaders to align resources and prioritization
  • Promote enterprise-wide adoption of data and AI Products
  • Educate teams on data and AI Products and use cases

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience guiding the strategy and lifecycle of data and AI products to achieve business objectives
  • 2+ years of product experience with search, knowledge management, content discovery, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), conversational AI, or related products
  • Demonstrated understanding of search and retrieval concepts, including user intent, relevance, metadata, taxonomy, content quality, and feedback loops
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative research and product analytics to improve search success, answer quality, and adoption
  • Proven ability to navigate competing stakeholder needs across multiple audiences, including executives
  • Excellent organization, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Knowledge of modern data and AI infrastructure, including cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or GCP
  • 2+ years of hands-on SQL development skills
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies and SCRUM

Pay

The salary range for this position is $109,300 - $140,000. The final pay rate will depend on experience, skill level, qualifications, and location of work.
