Data & AI Enablement Lead

About the role

The Data & AI Enablement Lead is responsible for driving the adoption and implementation of data and artificial intelligence solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for integrating data and AI technologies into business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making.
• Provide training and support to ensure effective use of data and AI tools among employees.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of data and AI initiatives on organizational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI.
• Experience with data warehousing, SQL, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful data and AI projects.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and data usage.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
