DART Team Member
About the Role
We are seeking non‑medical Team Members to join our Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART). DART members are contracted “on‑call” employees whose pay is activated when they are deployed to a response. While maintaining separate careers and life circumstances, members must be prepared to deploy on short notice to dangerous or austere locations, working long and demanding days. As a non‑medical DART Member you will work with Program Managers and a Team Leader to implement all aspects of disaster response activities in the immediate aftermath of a disaster, participating in planning, development, execution, and monitoring of relief work.
Our organization is faith‑driven; the Gospel is the center of all we do. We begin each day with devotions and prayer, and our Statement of Faith guides every aspect of our global work. Read the Statement of Faith.
