Welcomes guests, seats them at tables or lounge and helps to ensure quality of ability and service. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner
• Provide guests with menus
• Assign guests to tables
• Ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set-up
• Receive and record guests' reservations
• Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong verbal communication skills
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
• Must be able to obtain a required Non-Gaming License

Pay

$16.25 per hour
