About the Role

As a high-energy, customer-focused instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and your Fred Astaire team will help students reach their personal dance goals—from single events to lifelong journeys. This role offers the unique honor of enhancing people’s lives daily while working closely with people from all walks of life, providing personal enrichment unlike any other environment.

Studio hours are maintained regularly throughout the week, with additional events on some weekday evenings and weekends that you will attend with your students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes
• Help students achieve personal dance goals, from single events to lifelong growth
• Participate in studio events, including weekday evenings and weekends
• Collaborate with the Fred Astaire team to foster a supportive and fun learning environment
