About the role

We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios® - East Greenwich is excited to be adding to our team of professional dance instructors. We are currently hiring for Dance Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week
• Help students reach their personal dance goals through various methods
• Enhance people's lives daily by interacting with them
• Work closely with people from diverse backgrounds
• Attend events hosted by the studio

Requirements

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Understanding of success and willingness to commit to the work
• Unselfish team player
• Eager to accept coaching and feedback for improvement
• Positive outlook and cup is always half full attitude
• Exceptional physical fitness and endurance levels
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages

Regular studio hours throughout the week; additional weekday evenings and weekend events may be required
