About the role

We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is excited to be adding to our team of professional dance instructors. We are currently hiring for Dance Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach their personal dance goals through various methods.
• Enhance people's lives daily by interacting with them.
• Work closely with people from diverse backgrounds, providing personal enrichment.
• Attend events hosted by the studio, including weekday evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Commitment to the work and accountability.
• Unselfish team player.
• Eager to accept coaching and feedback for improvement.
• Exceptional physical fitness and endurance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience. Multiple opportunities to earn bonuses. Competition winnings.

Schedule

Regular studio hours throughout the week; additional events on some weekday evenings and weekends.
