We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is excited to be adding to our team of professional dance instructors. We are currently hiring for Dance Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach their personal dance goals through various methods.
• Enhance people's lives daily by interacting with them.
• Work closely with people from diverse backgrounds, enriching personal experiences.
• Attend studio events on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Commitment to success and willingness to work hard.
• Unselfish team player and eager to accept coaching and feedback.
• Positive outlook and a "cup is always half full" attitude.
• Exceptional physical fitness and endurance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Regular studio hours throughout the week, with additional weekday evening and weekend events.
