About the role

We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is excited to be adding to our team of professional dance instructors. We are currently hiring for Dance Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach their personal dance goals through various methods.
• Enhance people's lives every day by interacting with them.
• Work closely with people from diverse backgrounds, providing personal enrichment.
• Attend studio events and weekend activities with your students.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Understanding of success and willingness to commit to the work.
• Unselfish team player and eager to accept coaching and feedback.
• Positive outlook and cup is always half full attitude.
• Exceptional physical fitness and endurance levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule

We maintain regular studio hours throughout the week; however, we host many events that take place on some weekday evenings and some weekends as well which you will need and want to attend with your students.
