Dance Class Instructor

About the role

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking an energetic and engaging Adult Dance Class Instructor to lead fun, inclusive, and motivating dance classes for adult participants in Bentonville, Arkansas.

In this role, you'll create a welcoming environment where participants of all experience levels can build confidence, improve fitness, and enjoy the benefits of movement through dance. Whether your expertise is in hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, ballroom, Latin, or other dance formats, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on program schedules and participant demand
• Provide fun, effective, and safe dance instruction to members such as Adult hip hop, line dancing, couples dance, etc.

Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other Dance Instructor certification required.
• Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within prior to start date.
• 2+ years dance instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Qualifications

Competitive compensation range for this role is $28.00 - $30.00 per class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
