About the role

Responsibilities
- Teach various dance styles including Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Funk, and more.
- Develop and lead workshops and events related to dance and fitness.
- Manage the company's dance academy, focusing on both artistic and administrative aspects.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the quality of dance education and performance.
- Manage the company's online presence through social media and other digital platforms.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to stay updated on trends and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Dance, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching dance and fitness.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in event planning and management.
- Passion for dance and a commitment to excellence in teaching and administration.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in choreography and stage management.
- Experience in corporate management or similar roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of international dance techniques and certifications.
