Pay
- 0‑12 months (Union Grade U96): $29.64 per hour
- 12‑24 months (Union): $32.93 per hour
- 24+ months (Union): $36.59 per hour
Duties
- Locate and mark underground facilities as assigned.
- Work safely to avoid accidents and injuries and support PNM safety goals.
- Assist other Damage Prevention Representatives as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and coordinate special projects.
- Report to supervisor any unusual problems pertaining to operations, facilities, equipment, or other issues.
- Perform damage investigations as assigned.
- Ensure proper operation of equipment and clean and perform minor maintenance when necessary.
- Ensure proper traffic control devices are in place as required.
- Train others in damage prevention and related activities, as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, limited to meter reading and collections, warehouseman, tool room specialist, and meter service tech, after proper training.
