Dallas – Private Equity Associate

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP’s Private Equity practice group seeks an associate with 2–5 years of experience in private fund transactional matters.

About the role

• Work spans private equity, real estate, and private credit asset classes
• Handle fund formation, investment management, investment joint ventures, and related transactional matters
• Develop long-term client relationships and collaborate within a nationally recognized corporate practice
• Available in Dallas, Richmond, DC, or Houston

Requirements

• Strong academic background
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Licensed in the jurisdiction of application preferred; required within one year of joining

Pay

Expected salary range: $235,000 – $365,000, based on education, training, skill sets, licensure, certification, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
