Dairy Supervisor

About the Role

As a Dairy Department Clerk, you’ll ensure the dairy section is fresh, organized, and fully stocked. Your responsibilities include rotating and shelving products, monitoring freshness, maintaining clean and visually appealing displays, and providing friendly customer assistance. You’ll manage inventory, receive and place orders, and work in a fast-paced, cooler environment, staying active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Rotate and shelve dairy products to maintain freshness and organization.
• Monitor product dates and ensure cleanliness and display standards.
• Assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Work in a refrigerated environment and stay active throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive store environment.
• Use handheld inventory devices and basic computer systems for order tracking and receiving.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with food safety and freshness protocols.
• Ability to manage inventory and rotate stock effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with clear communication.
• Attention to detail for monitoring product dates and display standards.
• Physical stamina to work in a refrigerated environment and stay active.
• Willingness to collaborate with teammates.
• Basic technical skills for using inventory devices and computer systems.
