Role Overview: Lead daily department operations in a retail store, ensuring proper staffing, training, and adherence to company standards to meet performance goals. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure product freshness and quality.Oversee receiving, storage, and rotation of products, handling spoiled or damaged items appropriately.Lead a team in stocking, production, and customer service tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Maintain knowledge of store products, promotional items, and sales programs.Communicate and execute weekly plans, schedules, and company policies using designated tools.Support staffing, training, performance management, and development of associates.Ensure a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department following company standards.Operate cash registers, process financial transactions accurately, and support customer service.Follow safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines.Assist with tasks in other departments as needed, supporting overall store operations. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent.0-2 years retail experience preferred.Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Leadership ability and hands-on work approach.Knowledge of retail operations and management systems; suggestive selling preferred.Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; bilingual skills in Spanish highly desirable. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied environments.
