Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Must have availability between the hours of 10PM-6AM
• Friendly, customer-first mindset
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Comfort learning and using job-specific technology
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Ability to follow processes and safety standards
• Calm, focused approach in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to be physically active, including lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
• Passion for working with customers every day
• Previous retail or food service experience is helpful, but not required

Pay

This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between $15.25 - $16.98 per hour, with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location.
