Sullivan's Foods is hiring for a Dairy Department Manager to join our team. As the Dairy Department Manager you will lead a remarkable team of customer service champions, coaching, training, developing, and influencing your team to achieve department and store goals. You will provide remarkable customer service to each guest—whether they visit the store or call for a special order or with questions. You will build exciting merchandising displays that help sell more products and reach gross profit goals, evaluate product for quality and freshness to ensure only the highest quality items are available, order product and maintain proper inventory levels, and assist department team members with their duties including preparing product, maintaining a clean and safe work setting, stocking product, organizing the cooler and freezer, breaking down cardboard, and taking out the trash.
