Dairy, Deli, Frozen Clerk

About the role

Provide friendly customer service, assist customers, maintain display cases, clean shelves, and rotate self-serve displays within the Dairy, Deli, and Frozen Departments in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of displays
• Assist customers courteously
• Help maintain store standards to enhance the shopping experience
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, product labels, and memos
• Effective communication with customers and staff
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Physical stamina and good communication skills
• Emphasis on teamwork and customer service

Qualifications

• Retail management certification is a plus
