About the role

Join our Store Operations Team as a Dairy Deli Frozen Clerk, responsible for maintaining product displays, ensuring freshness, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selections and inquiries.
• Stock and organize dairy, deli, and frozen items according to store standards.
• Read and comprehend labels, pricing codes, and instructions.
• Lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly, ensuring safety and proper handling.
• Present information effectively to customers and team members in both one-on-one and small group settings.
• Communicate in Spanish and English as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read/write in Spanish and English.
• Basic understanding of product labels and store signage.
• Proficiency in simple correspondence and instructions.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills and retail management certification are a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
