Responsibilities
- Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
- Acquire and share knowledge of the Dairy/Frozen Department.
- Write orders using effective pars and planning.
- Work as a team to complete daily tasks, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
- Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.
- Attend required corporate meetings and training classes.
- Comply with all personal and food safety company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compliance with all company policies and standards.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and independently to achieve daily tasks.
- Capability to work with minimal supervision.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work the hours required to meet company objectives, including occasional additional time as needed.
- Willingness to work a non-traditional five-day work schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Occasional exposure to extreme hot or cold conditions.
