D365 Senior Functional Consultant

About the Role

Senior functional lead responsible for translating business requirements into D365 CE and Power Platform solution designs. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to define processes, user stories, functional designs, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into D365 CE and Power Platform solution designs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams
• Define processes, user stories, functional designs, and acceptance criteria
• Gather requirements and create user stories
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years overall experience, with at least 4+ years in D365 CE / Power Platform functional delivery
• Strong D365 CE functional experience
• Understanding of Power Apps model-driven apps
• Knowledge of Dataverse concepts
• Experience with business process flows and workflows / Power Automate
• Agile delivery experience

Preferred Skills

• Public sector, health, human services, licensing, case management, claims, or citizen/customer service experience
• Knowledge of security roles, teams, queues, and SLA configuration
• Experience with portals / Power Pages
• Experience working with offshore teams
