D365 Functional lead consultant Finance

Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a D365 Functional lead consultant Finance for one of our clients. Role: D365 Functional lead consultant Finance Location: Durham, NC (Onsite) Duration: 6+ months Job ID: AV28634 Proven Lead Experience: 10+ years of hands-on expertise leading D365 Finance & Operations implementations, successfully driving at least 5 end-to-end client projects from design through cutover. Requirements & Gap-Fit Analysis: Skilled at leading client requirement-gathering sessions, conducting rigorous Gap-Fit analyses, and authoring comprehensive Business Process Documents (BPD). Deep Functional & Technical Alignment: Proficient in configuring D365 F&O modules (Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory), managing Change Requests (CRs), and leveraging LCS and ISVs to solve complex business needs. Quality & Delivery Ownership: Hands-on leader capable of designing robust system testing, managing user training, and ensuring high-quality project deliverables with minimal supervision. Onsite Collaboration & Leadership: Experienced in managing cross-functional technical/functional teams and directly engaging onsite stakeholders in Durham, NC with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
