D365 FSC Finance, Senior Consultant
Job Responsibilities
Lead finance-focused D365 client projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Work as a senior individual contributor and team member, collaborating with project teams and supporting junior consultants.
Partner with client finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective D365 Finance solutions.
Design and configure D365 Finance to support core accounting and financial processes such as General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
Gather, document, and validate functional requirements; support system integrations, data migration, and customizations as needed.
Apply strong accounting and financial systems knowledge to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable solutions.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support user adoption through training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
- Strong experience with ERP systems, with a primary focus on Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Financial Reporting).
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or related Microsoft certifications preferred.
Pay
- $102,500 - $139,700 for Colorado residents.
- $112,800 - $153,700 for Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents.
- $117,900 - $160,600 for Northern California residents.
