D365 F&O Senior WMS/SCM Consultant

About the role

Work as part of implementation teams ranging from 4-6 members on Enterprise ERP projects. You will directly engage with clients to implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) configured to align with their business processes. Collaborate with other functional and technical project team members to ensure successful and timely implementation. Actively drive requirements, analysis, design, and testing phases for Supply Chain workflows. Consult on advanced business concepts across all areas of supply chain and warehouse management. Mentor newer consultants on the implementation process and solution design. Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS), DevOps, and standard tools to deliver project work. Promotion and advancement opportunities to Solution Architect or Project Manager are available for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in D365 F&O implementation projects for supply chain and warehouse management.
• Drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, and testing phases of implementation.
• Consult on advanced supply chain and warehouse management concepts.
• Mentor junior consultants on implementation processes and solution design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Utilize LCS, DevOps, and other standard tools for project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory Management.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ERP/Supply Chain & Warehouse Management implementation experience, with 2+ years in D365 F&O/AX.
• 4+ full lifecycle implementations.
• Hands-on experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder preferred.
• 25-50% travel may be required.

• Experience with other Enterprise ERP software.
• D365 F&O (or AX 2012 R3) Trade & Logistics certification.
• Additional supply chain or manufacturing certification (CSCP, CPIM, etc.).
• Strong experience in Production & Planning.
• Prior experience working at a consultancy.

Pay

The midpoint of the salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. Final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
