Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources needed for successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, business analysts, and end-users.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client, internal teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Identify potential risks and issues early and develop mitigation plans to keep the project on track.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project goals.
- Ensure the solutions delivered meet business requirements, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage changes in project scope or business processes to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth adoption.
- Facilitate end-user training and post-implementation support for a successful transition.
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
- Proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects.
- Familiarity with business processes in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications are often preferred.
