D365 F&O DevOps Lead

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the development and operations team for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), ensuring seamless integration and optimization of the system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of D365 F&O projects, from planning through to deployment and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain robust infrastructure and operational processes to support D365 F&O deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for D365 F&O implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps roles, with a focus on enterprise software solutions.
• Proven track record of leading and managing development and operations teams.
• Experience with D365 F&O and other Microsoft Dynamics products.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based environments and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Ability to manage and optimize server and database performance.
