D365 F&O Architect - SCM - Manufacturing
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.
We need to extract substantive content: About Us paragraph, Job Description (which includes responsibilities), Qualifications (including knowledge and experience, personal attributes), Work Environment (position type, travel, physical demands). Also maybe "Supervisory/Responsibility". Also "Work Environment" includes position type, travel, physical demands.
We need to decide sections: Could have "About Us", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Work Environment". Possibly "Skills" could be extracted from personal attributes but maybe not needed. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine some.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, accommodations, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (the "This is a regular, full-time position..." appears twice). We'll keep one.
We must not include application instructions (like "Please let us know if you require reasonable accommodations...").
We must not include "Company: BW Corporate US" maybe minor metadata; could fold into short p or drop. Probably drop.
We need to preserve all substantive info: About Us paragraph, Job Description (including responsibilities bullet points), Qualifications (including education, knowledge and experience, personal attributes), Work Environment (position type, travel, physical demands). Also maybe "Supervisory/Responsibility" could be part of Qualifications or Work Environment.
We need to format: Use
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.

We need to ensure no duplicate content. The "Position Type" appears twice in original; we combined.
Check for any boilerplate: We removed EEO, equal opportunity, accommodations, etc. Also removed "Please let us know if you require reasonable accommodations during the interview process." and "Barry-Wehmiller is an equal opportunity employer. M/F/D/V This organization uses E-Verify. Applicants may be subject to pre-employment screening which may include drug screening, reference checks, employment verifications, background screening and/or skills assessments." Also removed "Company: BW Corporate US". Good.
Check for any placeholder like "commensurate with experience" - none.
We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "About Us" paragraph is there. The job description includes the paragraph about role: "The D365 F&O Architect – SCM - Manufacturing is the IT domain leader for the manufacturing aspects of our Microsoft D365 / Finance & Operations global program. The primary responsibility of this role is the evaluation of our business requirements and the development of solutions and services to meet those needs. A fundamental part of this role is to govern the design of standard processes and systems associated with our Manufacturing & supply chain domain, ensuring that Barry-Wehmiller applies industry standard best practices in the delivery of secure, robust, effective, and scalable solutions. The Architect’s role is highly collaborative, leading the systems design for their domain, working closely with Solutions Analysts and the other domain Architects to develop and implement the future business systems at BW. The role is a fundamental part of the company’s new ERP Center of Excellence (CoE) group." This is prose; we could include it as a under Responsibilities or maybe as an introductory paragraph before the list. Since we have a Responsibilities section with list, we could add a
before the
to capture that description. The instruction: Use for prose. So we should include that descriptive paragraph as a
inside the Responsibilities section (or maybe as a separate section like "About the role"? But we already have About Us. Could add a
after the heading Responsibilities before the list.
Thus modify Responsibilities:
