D365 CE Solutions Architect

About the role

Your Area Of Responsibility will be creating business requirement documents, reviewing and proposing solution architecture, assessing and recommending suitable technologies, tools, and platforms, resolving complex technical challenges, engaging with clients and internal teams, identifying potential risks, monitoring system performance, and contributing to proposals and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
• Review, propose, and develop solution architecture, ensuring application design aligns with the proposed framework and which are scalable, reliable and maintainable
• Assess and recommend suitable technologies, tools and platforms for implementation as a part of architectural design, to meet business requirements
• Review technical solutions and develop strategies for integration with different technologies and systems, to ensure seamless communication and data flow
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support phases while promoting reusable frameworks and artifacts
• Provide specialized insights to development team and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing successful execution of projects
• Identify potential risks in the system landscape, monitor system performance and suggest optimization initiatives in line with business requirements and long-term objectives
• Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge base to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to architectural solutions, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

Requirements

• Relevant experience in solution designing for Cash to Order cycle as a Solution or Technical Architect
• Hands-on experience and understanding of the lifecycle of Order to Cash
• Experience from any system like CRM, ERP, middleware etc.
• Good experience in Microsoft technologies like Dynamics CRM with hands on experience on Configuration, Customizations using Plugins, JavaScripts, Custom Workflows, Integration APIs, webAPI, WCF and Model driven apps, power automation, API based Integrations etc.
• Code review and Enhancements
• Technical and functional design reviews
• Experience working/developing JavaScript, Plugins
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in Order to Cash Cycle
• Miscellaneous Microsoft CRM+ERP knowledge
• Exposure to Agile – Scrum ways of working

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
• Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
