D2C Analytics & Insights Manager
About the role
The D2C Analytics & Insights Lead at Casio North America is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth, customer understanding, and strategic decision-making across all product divisions. This role partners across the D2C organization, divisional leadership, and global stakeholders to support performance optimization, forecasting, and consumer-led innovation.
Responsibilities
- Own D2C performance analytics and reporting, delivering insights on revenue, conversion, AOV, traffic, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness
- Generate actionable consumer and behavioral insights to inform merchandising, marketing, and divisional strategy
- Lead A/B testing and CRO initiatives, establishing a structured test-and-learn framework across the D2C ecosystem
- Support revenue forecasting and demand planning with data-driven analysis and scenario modeling
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, Finance, and Divisional teams to drive data-informed decision making
- Improve data infrastructure, reporting consistency, and measurement frameworks to enable scalable analytics capabilities for use by other channel partners
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in eCommerce or D2C analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, or similar
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and customer segmentation
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in multi-category or global organizations is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree Required
Location
This role is hybrid and requires a minimum of 3 days on-site in our Jersey City, NJ office.

This position offers a base salary range from $110,000 to $120,000 a year, determined by a variety of factors including relevant skills, experience, location, business needs and market demand.
