About the role
River Edge Behavioral Health serves more than 10,000 Georgians with mental health, substance use disorder treatments, and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services are provided at locations in Macon, Monroe County, and Baldwin County.
Responsibilities
- Oversee services and supports provided to individuals.
- Serve as a liaison between River Edge programs, primary care, and community partners.
- Support new clients as they enter services.
- Develop and implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) for all waiver services, including annual reviews and ISP addendums.
- Conduct assessments to support the development of individualized service plans.
- Supervise high-intensity services addressing health and safety risks.
- Maintain confidentiality of all records related to client treatment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, sociology, or similar) from an accredited college or university (preferred).
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification; CPI and other required trainings (e.g., HRST, SIS, ISP as offered by DBHDD).
- Must sign and adhere to the Developmental Disabilities Professional (DDP) job description.
Qualifications
