About the role

We are seeking skilled tradespeople for ongoing commercial construction projects. Our work encompasses a comprehensive range of interior finishing services, including drywall installation, acoustical ceiling installation, metal stud framing, painting, finish carpentry, insulation, and specialty installations.

Responsibilities

• Install drywall (sheet rock) and apply plaster/stucco finishes
• Perform metal stud framing and partition construction
• Install acoustical ceilings and ceiling systems
• Complete finish carpentry including trim, doors, windows, and interior finish work
• Apply paint and wall coverings
• Install insulation materials
• Install lockers, shelving, toilet accessories, and other specialty items
• Execute tenant finish projects

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial construction trades
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: drywall, framing, carpentry, painting, or ceiling installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Knowledge of proper installation techniques and building codes
• Own basic hand tools and personal protective equipment
