About the role

Adventist HealthCare's Capital Choice Pathology Labs seeks to hire an experienced Cytotechnologist for their Silver Spring, MD location. The role involves:

• Screening gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology slides.
• Reporting abnormal findings to Pathologists.
• Providing normal/negative results to providers.
• Recognizing and diagnosing abnormal cells using the Bethesda System.
• Maintaining and documenting microscopic and laboratory equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CT (ASCP) Certified.
• Thin Prep and CYTYC Imaging System Certified.
• Work schedule: Variable Part Time, 4 hours as needed.
• Shift type: Evening Shift.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $30.53 - $44.27 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. The salary range is subject to change without notice.

Schedule

The position is available on a variable part-time basis, with 4 hours as needed, typically during evenings.
