About the role
This position is responsible for screening gynecological and non-gynecological specimens for pre-malignant, malignant, or infectious processes. The role requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital, demonstrating behavior consistent with the Core Values, and supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process / Patient Safety Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in one of the major sciences
- Completion of a one-year internship in a structured hospital cytology training program
- ASCP (or equivalent) registered or eligible
