About the role

The Cytologist position at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital involves performing cytological technical preparations of specimens and evaluating gynecology and non-gynecologic specimens for the presence of cancer or other pathological changes in compliance with departmental policy and procedure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s level degree
• ASCP-CT certification (required)
• ThinPrepGyn proficiency
