Cycle Group Fitness Instructor

We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and passionate Group Fitness Instructor to teach Cycling at a high-profile company's fitness center in Farmington Hills, MI. Develop effective, engaging, and motivating class formats accompanied by fun and appropriate playlists. Build class attendance and offer alternative movements to accommodate all fitness levels. Opportunity to provide class coverage at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Teach high-energy, results-driven Cycling classes.
• Create engaging class formats and playlists.
• Accommodate all fitness levels with alternative movements.
• Build and maintain class attendance.
• Provide class coverage at multiple locations as needed.
• Network, engage, and interact professionally with clients, guests, and participants.
• Communicate effectively using appropriate vocabulary and grammar.

Requirements

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification or specialty class certificate (e.g., Zumba®).
• Current CPR/AED certification (no online certifications accepted).
• Prior experience in Group Fitness, Personal Training, corporate health promotion, wellness, or related fields.
• Strong customer service and networking skills.
• Ability to engage participants effectively as a public speaker.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay
