Southwest Accessory Group is looking for a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy in our fully air-conditioned Glendale, AZ warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Record data accurately in NetSuite WMS
  • Support inventory slotting and replenishment activities
  • Audit returns and damaged goods
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures
  • Operate warehouse equipment including sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, cherry picker, and deep reach truck

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years warehouse or inventory experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy focus
  • WMS and RF scanner experience preferred
  • Able to consistently lift 50 lbs
  • Forklift certification preferred

Physical Demands

  • Standing, walking, reaching, and bending throughout 8-hour shift
  • Endurance for repetitive motion tasks
  • Balancing and mobility in warehouse environment
  • Manual dexterity for equipment operation
  • Exposure to varying warehouse conditions and loud noises
  • Consistent lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Use of required safety equipment

Schedule

  • Day shift, full-time, on-site position
  • Consistent schedule with occasional weekends or overtime
  • No overnight shifts

Pay

$19.00/hour plus forklift differential upon successful certification
