Cycle Counter

Job Responsibilities

• Aid in determining root causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Cycle count materials daily with familiarity in Excel.
• Supply production lines as needed based on material availability.
• Data entry for cycle counts.
• Lead team members through daily cycle counting processes.
• Expedite and communicate material concerns as needed.
• Support a Barletta Safe culture by adhering to and advocating for the safest behaviors.
• Proactively identify opportunities to mitigate job-related risks and hazards.

• Self-motivated team player with the ability to stay on task and be flexible and reliable when changes occur.
• Adhere to all policy and safety regulations.
• Perform other general duties as directed.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Report all incidents/damages as well as voice safety concerns to improve safety awareness.
