Cycle Counter

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse inventory through cycle counting
• Perform scheduled cycle counts three times a year
• Research and document inventory discrepancies
• Identify and resolve root causes of discrepancies
• Reconcile inventory and report discrepancies to supervision

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of related experience in shipping and receiving preferred
• Organized thought process with ability to produce accurate results
• Effective prioritization to meet scheduled deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math
• Pass forklift certification test and drive a forklift or machinery on a daily basis
• Experience with Microsoft Excel a plus

Physical Requirements

• Sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, and move about the facility
• Utilize depth perception, peripheral vision, and close focus
• Lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally and 55 lbs. consistently while stooping, kneeling, reaching, and carrying inventory
