About the role
Bring your flavor! Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking? Join us as a Cycle Count Clerk, where you’ll support administrative operations to keep our milk production facility running smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, reconciliation of variances, and communication with warehouse, production, and quality teams.
- Supports continuous improvement of inventory control processes and ensures compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Physically count all finished goods, ingredients, and packaging – enter into M3 and reconcile.
- Cycle count – physical.
- Cycle count – Entry.
- Inventory Adjustments.
- Track and report waste.
- Period close packet creation.
- Daily scanning for SOX audit.
- Participate in annual CHEP audit.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure cycle counts are completed.
- Report on expiring ingredients.
- Manage destruction of bad product.
- End of month client reporting.
What We Are Searching For
- Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or materials management in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Basic math and data-entry skills for count verification and reconciliation.
- Physical capability to lift, move, or climb ladders as required for accessing inventory locations.
- Experience with cycle count programs, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with root-cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys or fishbone diagrams.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to create, maintain, and improve operational templates.
- Willingness to learn and utilize new systems based on business needs.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to maintain accuracy under time constraints.
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work with employees at all levels, including hourly associates and management.

Benefits
The salary range is $25.00 to $28.00 hourly. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility).
