Cycle and HIIT Group Exercise Instructor

YMCA of the Suncoast · Palm Harbor, FL · 1 mo ago
Education$15.45–$28/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have location, rate of pay, shift, job summary, education/training/experience, special skills/equipment required, physical/mental requirements, duties/responsibilities, key leadership competencies, EOE/DFWP (boilerplate to remove), etc. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EOE/DFWP, E-Verify note, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe job summary). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (education/training/experience, certifications). Qualifications (maybe special skills/equipment). Skills (maybe communication etc). Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay: we have rate of pay $15.45/hr - $28.00/hr (based on qualifications). So we can include Pay section. Schedule: shift: looking for 5:30am and 5:30pm instructors for cycling and HIIT classes. So schedule section. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". The pay is specific enough. We must not repeat job title as heading. The page already shows it, so we don't output a heading for job title. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

for each section heading, then content: either

for prose, or

  • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content. Location: "Location: YMCA of the Suncoast John Geigle North Pinellas Branch". Should we include location? Possibly in About the role or maybe as a paragraph. Not a section heading but we can include in About the role paragraph. Rate of pay: $15.45/hr - $28.00/hr (based on qualifications). We'll put in Pay section. Shift: Looking for 5:30am and 5:30pm instructors for cycling and HIIT classes. We'll put in Schedule section. Job Summary: paragraph. Education, Training And Experience: includes statements: "Research shows that some candidates apply only if they meet all of the job criteria. If you have passion and intelligence, even if you are missing some of the below requirements, we encourage you to apply to further discuss your skill set." That's somewhat generic but still substantive? Might be considered boilerplate? It's encouraging to apply even if missing some. Might be considered fluff but it's part of posting. We'll keep it? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those. It's more like encouragement. Might keep. Then list of requirements: Must be at least 16 years old. Must be able to teach at least one format of safe, effective and fun group exercise classes that meet all necessary components and safe guidelines in accordance with YMCA of the USA accepted practices of exercise physiology. Upon hire, must complete Intro to the Ys Cause & Culture, Y's Way to Service & Engagement, and I Hear You: Service with CARE. Within 90 days of hire, CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required. Within 90 days of hire, Foundation of Listen First, Orientation to Healthy Living, Principles of Member Health and Wellness, Wellness Center at the Y or Group Exercise at the Y trainings required. Get SMART preferred. Special Skills Or Equipment Required: Must be able to articulate and communicate effectively while instructing participants in proper execution of exercise safety. Must have current knowledge of exercise class structure; demonstration of cueing technique; demonstration of creative choreography and exercise variety. In addition to effective communication an instructor must have a positive attitude and ability to work independently. Physical And/Or Mental Requirements: Must have the ability to conduct, demonstration and safely lead classes at the intensity level formatted for participants with effective communication and human relations skills to handle situations with people of all socioeconomic levels. Physical stamina and agility for extended periods of time is required. Group Exercise Instructor Job Duties/Responsibilities: list enumerated 1-... We need to convert to
    • . Ensure we preserve all duties. Key Leadership Competencies: list: Inclusion Collaboration Communication and Influence Innovation Program and Project Management Functional Expertise. This is a list of competencies. Could be under Skills or maybe a separate section? The instruction says use headings like Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put Key Leadership Competencies under Skills section. Or maybe under Qualifications? But we have a Skills heading; we can put them there. We need to avoid duplication. Also remove EOE/DFWP line. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:
