Responsibilities

  • Evaluates requirements, prioritizes efforts, and balances resources to execute objectives.
  • Plans and executes requirements with team members to conduct analyses, integrate into development of complete and accurate responses, provides documentation standards, conveys deadlines, and follows up to ensure they are achieved.
  • Identifies and accesses assets its partners must leverage to address taskings, and uses the resulting project plan to manage development of responses.
  • Applies knowledge and skill in cyberspace operations strategies, executive communication, military planning processes, data/information collection and analysis.
  • Formats and presents inputs to ensure they meet the needs of originators, are consistent with branding and quality standards, and are in appropriate forms.
  • Captures products in retrievable forms to support knowledge base efforts and uses lessons learned to make recommendations for process refinement.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • May be recalled to duty, required to work other than normal duty hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and may be required to work overtime.
  • Work may require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft up to 10% of the time.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counter-intelligence scope polygraph exam.
  • This position is designated as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program.
  • Must meet NSA personnel security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
  • This position requires a 3-year probationary period.
  • Direct Deposit of Pay is required.

Qualifications

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the following:

  • Coordinating initiatives to evaluate the needs of an organization.
  • Applying cyberspace operations knowledge to support organizational objectives.
  • Documenting participant work products to assess their adequacy for projects.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Education may not be substituted for experience for this position.

Pay

Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement. Permanent Change of Station (PCS) allowances may be authorized, subject to the provisions of the Joint Travel Regulations and an agency determination that a PCS move is in the Government Interest.
