About the role

The Cybersecurity Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of cybersecurity initiatives within the organization. This includes implementing security protocols, managing cybersecurity risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Manage and mitigate cybersecurity risks through proactive threat detection and response.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure data handling and storage practices are in place.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, including leadership experience.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and CIS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
