For our client, we are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $98,000 – $163,000 annually Responsibilities Support compliance and risk management for Grants.gov operations and services Manage ATO documentation and coordinate security assessments Oversee POA&M activities, tracking findings and coordinating remediation Coordinate vulnerability management and track remediation across teams Assist with security monitoring, incident response, and reporting Collaborate with technical teams on security in releases and changes Maintain security documentation and ensure compliance with federal standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years) 5+ years in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management for federal IT programs or enterprise systems Experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) activities and security documentation Knowledge of federal cybersecurity requirements (FISMA, NIST 800-53) Familiarity with vulnerability management and incident response protocols Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder interactions Experience with security and collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) Benefits Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision Insurance Personal and Family Sick Time & Company Paid Holidays Parental Leave 401(k) Retirement Plan Tuition Reimbursement and Learning Opportunities Employee Referral Program Corporate Sponsored Events & Community Outreach Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
