Cybersecurity Solutions Advisor

Position Summary
The position will primarily support the sales and marketing teams, attending client presentations to represent and speak to Voya's Cyber Security Program. The position will function as the overall information security expert for client sales support meetings, serve as Voya internal single point of contact for information security for client cybersecurity questions, manage and facilitate security responses to customers both written and on-site, provide responses to client requests on all aspects of information security, train client relationships and sales support staff specifically on information security topics and industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver information security presentations, with the ability to discuss technical concepts with a variety of audiences – non-technical, technical and executive.
- Serve as Voya internal single point of contact for information security for client cybersecurity questions.
- Manage and facilitate security responses to customers both written and on-site.
- Provide responses to client requests on all aspects of information security.
- Train client relationships and sales support staff specifically on information security topics and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a directly related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Six to eight years of professional IT experience.
- Experience in security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols.
- Requires excellent analytical ability, consultative and communication skills, and strong judgement.
Qualifications
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in information security in a sales support role.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) required, with experience in systems preserving personal information and/or health information.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations and stakeholders; a strong client and executive presence.
- Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills; ability to complete multiple concurrent tasks within close deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrates the ability to acknowledge when an answer is not immediately available and commits to providing a timely and accurate response.

Pay
Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
