Cybersecurity Policy Administrator

About the role

The Cybersecurity Policy Administrator will drive cybersecurity governance efforts across mission-critical systems, ensuring compliance with evolving Army cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and governance frameworks
• Coordinate audits, evidence collection, and compliance documentation
• Align cybersecurity policies with engineering and program operational requirements
• Support classified environments, including systems requiring SIPR access
• Ensure compliance with DoD and Army cybersecurity regulations and directives

Requirements

• Ability to acquire and maintain an Active Secret clearance (SIPR access required)
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• CompTIA Security+ certification (must be obtained prior to start)
• Experience in:
• Cybersecurity governance
• Compliance and regulatory alignment
• Policy administration
• Familiarity with:
• DoD cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., RMF)
• Audit processes and compliance validation

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in classified or federal environments
• Exposure to Army or DoD cloud modernization programs
• Ability to operate in cross-functional, highly regulated environments
