About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive L1/L2 Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to provide day-to-day security support, monitor and manage critical security technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect our organization’s digital assets. In this role, you will serve as a frontline defender, handling routine security operations, incident triage, endpoint protection, and tool administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day cybersecurity support to the organization.
- Monitor, manage, and support security tools and technology from a security standpoint.
- Work closely with MSSP / SIEM for incident management and escalations.
- Support network and perimeter security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.).
- Support endpoint security and endpoint protection (EDR/AV).
- Support data loss prevention (DLP).
- Support cloud security (Google Workspace, Google Cloud, SaaS, AWS).
- Support O365 security.
- Assist in VAPT, remediation tracking, and corrective action.
- Assist in security incident handling and coordination.
- Support identity and access management (day-to-day operations).
- Monitor security changes, patches, and configuration compliance.
- Work with IT and business teams on security initiatives and projects.
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting.
Requirements
Experience Level: L1/L2 (Junior to Mid-Level), 5-7 years of total experience in an Information Security support role including 4+ years of hands-on cybersecurity operations experience.
