Cybersecurity Manager - Threat Hunting (Remote)

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the threat hunting program
• Define methodologies for proactive threat hunting
• Translate threat intelligence into actionable hunt hypotheses
• Collaborate with Detection Engineering to improve detection capabilities
• Drive automation efforts to reduce manual hunting processes
• Mentor and develop team members into technical leaders
• Measure and report on hunting effectiveness and coverage

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on threat hunting
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity
• Proficiency in threat intelligence and TTP operationalization
• Strong understanding of automation and AI in cybersecurity

Pay

$170,000 – $240,000 annually
