Act as the senior technical and accreditation authority for cyber governance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Capability Providers and Externals deliver complete, technically validated cyber artifacts.
- Coordinate with the Infrastructure Task Order to support inclusion into the Baseline.
- Maintain all RMF/ATO packages for development, integration, and test environments.
- Lead continuous monitoring and participate in CCB promotion decisions.
- Provide hands-on support to Cloud and DSOP engineers, reinforcing mission alignment and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of experience, Master's with 12+ years, or PhD/JD with 9+ years.
- Expert knowledge of RMF and cybersecurity governance across diverse enclaves.
- Experience with Xacta, STIGs, OWASP tooling, and ACAS/Nessus vulnerability adjudication.
- DoD 8140-aligned certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, GIAC Security Engineer (GSE), or CASP+.
- Background in cloud and container security, and prior leadership experience developing cyber teams is desired.

Pay
Highly competitive salary range between $160,001 - $200,000 per year.
