About the role

Embark on a 10‑week internship with Bass Pro Shops at its headquarters (Base Camp) in Springfield, Missouri. Interns gain hands‑on experience, contribute to real projects, and explore how a passion for the outdoors drives a world‑class company.

Responsibilities

• Work side‑by‑side with experienced teams across business operations, outdoor retail, conservation, and hospitality.
• Contribute to meaningful, real‑world projects and produce workflow, dashboard, and reporting solutions.
• Attend daily meetings with groups or individual members to collect workflow/dashboard/reporting requirements.
• Leverage productivity tools to create written and visual requirements documentation, including process diagrams and mock‑ups.
• Produce and deploy workflows in ServiceNow, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with appropriate teams to facilitate rollout of workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Network with leaders across the company and grow your professional brand and skillset.

Requirements

• Completion of sophomore year of college through graduating year (currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to relocate to Springfield, Missouri for the duration of the program.
• Full commitment to a 10‑week program (approximately 40 hours per week).

Schedule

The internship runs for 10 weeks, full‑time (approximately 40 hours per week).
