Cybersecurity Engineer - Employee Owned Company

About the role

We are seeking a Senior-Level Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team on-site at NSWC Dahlgren, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Developing cybersecurity requirements, policy standards, and best practices for combat systems
• Conducting research, analysis, and coordination on cyber assurance and policy at multiple classification levels
• Leading working groups to create cybersecurity strategies
• Performing gap, threat, and risk assessments
• Designing cybersecurity system architecture using MBSE models

Qualifications

• At least five years of program-specific security engineering experience with Navy systems or ten years in general security engineering
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• IAT Level II certification or higher
• Knowledge of DoD IA policies and military system specifications
